The Uconn Long River Live Open Mic will play host to the new and exciting
Campus Slammer
Feb. 21, 2011 at 7 p.m.
Located in the Stern Lounge of the English Building on Glenbrook Rd. Home of the popular mic series on this evening, the Long River Live crew will present its first Story Slam, 5 minute stories in a competitive format. http://longriverreview.com/live/ The finalists chosen that night will represent Uconn at the finals April 28, 2011 at Conn College and hosted by the Ct. Storytelling Center http://www.connstorycenter.org/
The final winner and 2 runners up will be featured in a Showcase Mic at the Ct. Storytelling Festival April 30, 2011 at 9:30 p.m.
